About

I am an Italian illustrator based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. I work from my home office, often visited by my two cats who love sitting on my paper or nibbling on my pencils.

I do both digital and traditional drawing, but I have a soft spot for the latter:

I like the vibrant colours of gouache, the simplified shapes of paper cutouts, the wonky lines of drawing on clay, the unpredictability of a dip pen and ink. 

I am drawn to everything that highlights the quirks and imperfections of hand drawn illustrations.
